Much of what we do is heavily governed by our experience and expectation. We all have an automatic inclination towards leaving things alone and refusing to change the way we think and act.
But everything we do can be altered, success and progress through life improved, with a few simple "tweaks" to the way we think. This book studies the basic elements of human nature based on years of study of my own and others.
Originally only made available to students who were in my "success for life UK" groups and business customers who engaged my services, this book has now been made available to all.
Will it change your life? It certainly could do and it has for some people but reading a book alone will rarely do so. My hope is that it just gives you an insight to hang on to and will show you how a few small changes can have a huge positive impact.
