Privacy Policy, Cookies and Contact

At Profit Magnets, be totally assured that we are NOT in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other organisations for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing because we want you to be able to trust us. Not even a night spent barefoot in a pit with angry scorpions would make us part with your details (actually; in the interests of full disclosure, that might).  But, just so you can relax, we’ve put this privacy policy together to explain why we ask for any details from you at all and what we do with those details.

This is all about the when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. Grab a cuppa and read on (if you want to, because, after all, this is a privacy policy and, well, it isn’t that sexy to be honest).

At Profit Magnets (PM for short) we collect only information we need to properly contact you about things that we hope you’ll want to be contacted about after you have subscribed (filled out a few boxes etc) to receive that information.

The only data we would normally collect (unless we specifically ask for your help with other data to improve your experience with us) is your name, and your email address just so that we can email you and call you by your name instead of just calling out “Oi! You” because we think that’s quite rude.

For reference purposes, if you want to email us about anything, including to ask us what data we do have on your account, you can send that to

You may see reference from time to time to the company names Teamtask Direct marketing Ltd (that’ll be John’s company) and K.T. Associates Ltd (that’ll be Trevor’s company).

We do not store customer data directly on any servers owned by us. We use an email service to contact you (currently Get Response) and they have their own privacy policy information that you are welcome to peruse by clicking HERE.

Our website is hosted on external servers operated by Blue Host and you might also want to check out their privacy policy HERE.

The important thing to remember is that we collect only what we need from you to be able to communicate effectively and to make certain that you are getting what you expect from us. We never hold any personal and financial information on our customers and contacts and never will.

Our website uses cookies to collect information. This may include information about browsing and behaviour by people who access our website. This includes information about pages viewed, and the journey around our website.

This information serves only to maintain as good a browsing experience as possible. It might be the case that, from time to time, we may use external programmes such as Google Analytics to inform us of how we may improve on that experience for our customers.

Google Analytics, on our site, would collect only standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

That’s all folks! Bottom line, we don’t really collect data at all beyond what we need to assure you get to the pages on our site that are applicable to your status with us and that allows us to properly communicate with you.

Send an email to stating who you wish to write to (John or Trevor) and we will send back the address you need for that communication.
